This article provides an overview of booking statuses visible to customers in the Customer Portal. For information about all internal statuses, please refer to the Statusmodel of Bookings and Statusmodel of Tours articles.
Overview
Introduction
Customer-facing booking statuses are designed to help customers easily understand the current progress of their bookings. While internal users (such as dispatchers) see detailed operational statuses, customers only see high-level, easy-to-understand status labels in the Customer Portal.
Statuses
Awaiting dispatch
The booking has been created, but none of its planned stops have been added to a tour yet. Itโs waiting for dispatch and will soon be scheduled for fulfillment.
Awaiting re-dispatch
The booking is partially dispatched, with at least one stop that failed, while other stops are either completed or scheduled. The booking has no active stops currently being worked on, but there is at least one stop that requires re-dispatch due to failure.
Dispatched
The booking has been dispatched or partially dispatched, and stops are either scheduled for upcoming service or have already been completed. No drivers are currently at work on any stops.
In progress
At least one stop is actively being worked on, meaning a driver is approaching or has arrived at a stop. Other stops can be in any status.
Awaiting payment
The booking is operationally complete but unpaid.
Completed
The booking has been fulfilled and marked as complete, with payment also confirmed.
