Manage external Place IDs in the Dashboard

This article explains how to add an external ID to a place and how delete it again.

Overview

Introduction

You can use the external place ID to link a place to an existing location in a third party system. When you create a stop using this ID, the stop will be linked to this place.

Add an external ID

  1. Open the Places page

  2. Click on a Place to open its details page

  3. Go to the External ID sub-page

  4. Add the ID in the input field

  5. Click Save

Delete an external ID

  1. Open the Places page

  2. Click on a Place to open its details page

  3. Go to the External ID sub-page

  4. Click on the X icon in the input field

  5. Click Save
