Feature highlight: Introducing the ability to fail a stop
Admins, Org managers and Drivers can fail a stop if the task could not be completed successfully. Admins and Org managers can identify these failed stops clearly from the dashboard and dispatch them into tours for re-delivery. Read Failing a stop to learn more about this feature.
Additional features and improvements
- Showing the ETA on Stop Tracking page: The ETA is displayed in the Stop Tracking page for customers to anticipate the arrival of the driver. Read Public tracking to learn more about this feature.
- Ability to remove stops in the Tour editor: Introduced a new feature which allows users to remove stops of a tour using the ‘Delete’ button the tour editor. The removed stops can be merged into a different tour. Please reach out to our Customer Success team if you want to learn more about this.
- Add & edit Metadata on booking level via the dashboard: Admins can now add and edit booking-level metadata via the Webbooker and Edit Booking page. This feature is currently only available to the Admin user role and requires an activation from MotionTools. Please reach out to our Customer Success team to request this feature. - Customize default display options: In addition to a feature released, we now introduced the option to apply default display options to the Booking card and Booking status.
