A user account on the MotionTools platform is created with a unique email address and a password. The account comes with a specific set of rights that correspond to the user role. Each account can only have one user role assigned to it.
Supported user roles
There are four user roles the MotionTools platform supports:
- Admin who has access to all features and data
- Organization Manager who manages organizations, drivers, and sub-fleets
- Customer who creates and manage bookings
- Driver who executes bookings assigned to them
Basic features such as signing up, logging in, profile editing are available to all user roles. Any user account can also be blocked or anonymized.
