The ops configuration allows an Operator to configure some of the operational rules for each of their Service area. The configuration allows defining of scheduling modes, booking parameters, opening hours and closed days as well as customer and driver related settings.
Besides describing some basic variables of the business operations via the Service area, the operations configuration is defining some of the rules how Services behave. It covers some basic configurations such as the scheduling mode that is allowed (instant vs. scheduled), the opening hours of a business as well as scheduling parameters that influence how scheduled services will behave towards drivers that want to execute them.
Such a configuration can be setup directly in the dashboard as admin users and then reused for multiple service areas. Check out our dedicated guide on how set it up here.
