WHAT’S NEW

We’ve launched our AI assistant that helps import bookings from various sources. For example, creating bookings from free-form emails or parsing PDF documents with different structures using a single assistant capable of extracting relevant data from all of them.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT

Our AI assistant can significantly contribute to overall efficiency and make it easier to import data. Imagine also the cost savings when dispatchers or other employees no longer need to spend time manually entering booking requests received in emails and documents from partner logistics companies or customers.

WHAT’S NEXT

We’ll keep iterating on our new AI Assistant and will train it further. If you might have a use case yourself and are ready to significantly reduce your costs of handling incoming requests, then please reach out to us.

More features and updates

Filtering webhooks events

A new webhooks filtering feature lets you trigger webhooks only for specific events and values – like when a particular customer creates a booking or when a booking transitions to a certain state. This feature is currently available through the API and will be added to the Dashboard in the coming weeks. Learn more about filtering in the API documentation.

Package shortcodes on the Stop tracking page

Package shortcodes now appear on the Stop tracking page whenever a stop has a package to pick up or deliver. And dispatchers can click these shortcodes to view the corresponding Package Details pages.

Option to ignore time windows when optimizing a route

Route optimization strategies now include an option to ignore arrival time restrictions at stops. This new option gives dispatchers more flexibility when planning tours, especially when time windows are preferred but not mandatory.
