Introduction
This article lists & explains all statuses of a package at creation or when a change is made.
Status | Description |
Created | A package was created with a customer’s saved place as origin |
Awaiting pickup | A pickup tour was scheduled |
In transit | A package was picked up by a driver and is in transit to a hub now |
At hub | A package was delivered to a hub or was created directly 'At hub' by mentioning an admin’s saved place |
Scheduled for delivery | A drop-off tour was scheduled |
Out for delivery | A package was picked up by a driver and is in transit to the destination now |
Delivered | A package was dropped off at the destination |
Cancelled | A package delivery was cancelled |
Failed | A package couldn't be picked up or dropped off |
Packages can be filtered by statuses in the Dashboard, via the API or by listening to our package.transition Webhook to catch changes in the package statuses.
