WHAT’S NEW

In the next few weeks, we’re rolling out new features and updates to the Webbooker. Some of the highlights include a toggle to hide the map, a better pickup time selector, and new layouts for capability selectors.

Most of these features will be configurable optionally and turned off by default. If you’d like to check them out and enable them for your customers, please contact our Customer Success team.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT

For many operators, the Webbooker is an important source of bookings, and with more customization options, it can be more easily tailored to fit individual business requirements. This, coupled with a better booking experience that meets customer expectations, helps stay competitive.

WHAT’S NEXT

We’ll keep improving the Webbooker in the coming months. We see great potential for future improvements, and we’d love to hear your feedback and suggestions. Feel free to reach out to our Customer Success team with any ideas!

More features and updates

New Saved Place filter

We’re rolling out an updated Saved Places filter on the Dashboard. Dispatchers can now search and filter bookings and tours by customers’ Saved Places. This update gives more operational flexibility, as previously, dispatchers could only filter bookings and tours by tenant’s places.

Auto-Relocate feature in the Package Scanner

We’re introducing an auto-relocate feature in the Package Scanner. When scanning a package to check it into a hub, the app will automatically handle the package relocation. This eliminates the need to manually tap the relocate button, making the process much faster and more efficient.

Package CSV Export

We’re adding a CSV export feature for packages. It includes all relevant package data, giving you more flexibility for in-depth analysis of package delivery operations.

Masked Communications

Masked communications are coming back in MotionTools. With this feature, drivers call customers using a special proxy number, so neither party can see the other’s real phone number. It’s an effective way to protect privacy for both sides – as soon as the stop is completed, the proxy number will no longer connect the driver and customer. Please reach out to our Customer Success team if you’d like to enable Masked Communications.
