Overview

Introduction

Labels in the Driver App display key tour and stop information like total distance or required arrival times. These appear on tour cards across all lists (Pickable, Upcoming, Requests, Completed and Cancelled) and on the tour details screen.

You can customize labels and their order in the Dashboard Settings under Driver experience > Off-route tour display > 'Tour and stop labels' section.

Changes display in the Tour card preview with sample data. After hitting Save, updates immediately appear in the Driver App.

Add a label

Click Done to save the label, then Save at the bottom of the settings section to update the Driver App.

Translate a label

For multilingual driver apps, you can translate label prefixes and suffixes when adding or editing a label. Each language appears as a tab in the popover.

Click Done to save the label, then Save at the bottom of the settings section to update the Driver App.

Change order of labels

Grab the drag handle on the left of a label. Drag the label up or down to the desired position. All labels (including those marked as ‘not configurable’) can be reordered, but only within their own group (Tours or Stop).

Click Save at the bottom of the settings section to to update the Driver App.

Edit a label

Click the edit icon on the right side of the label. If it shows “Not configurable” it cannot be edited.

In the popover, you can edit the Prefix and Suffix text and their translations. The Source cannot be changed.

Click Done to save the label, then Save at the bottom of the settings section to update the Driver App.

Delete a label

Click the edit icon on the right side of the label. If it shows “Not configurable” it cannot be deleted.

In the popover, click on the Delete button.

Don’t forget to hit Save at the bottom of the settings section to update the Driver App.
