Define how pickable tours are displayed in the Driver App

Introduction

In the Pickable tours section of the Driver experience settings, you can define criteria for tours displayed to drivers in the pickable tours list of the Driver App. If you don’t know what pickable tours are yet, please read the corresponding article first.

Tour sorting

Tours can be sorted by:

• scheduled time

• distance to first stop from driver’s location

By default, tours are sorted by scheduled time in ascending order, i.e., newly created tours are added to the bottom of the list.

Beyond these two criteria, you can rank tours with a custom sorting algorithm that combines urgency, the driver's distance to the first stop and the length of the tour into a formula you define. See Introduction to the Custom Sorting Algorithm for how it works and what you can configure.

Sort direction

Tours can be sorted

• Ascending (earlier or closer tour first)

• Descending (later or further tour first)

Results limit

You can set the maximum number of visible tours in the pickable list between 1 and 100. The default is 25 tours.

Distance restrictions

You can also enable distance-based tour filtering to only show tours within a specified radius from driver's location.
