This article explains how to block, unblock, and anonymize (delete) user accounts in MotionTools. These actions can be performed on Admin, Org Manager, Driver, and Customer accounts.

Block or anonymize a user

Block vs. Anonymize

  • Block: The user will be signed out and will not be able to use the platform. The action is reversible.

  • Anonymize: The user data will be permanently anonymized, and the user won't be able to sign in again.

Go to the Account management section on the details page of the user you want to block or anonymize.

When you click the Block or Anonymize button, a popup appears asking you to Cancel or Confirm your action.


Unblock an user

If you or someone else previously blocked a user and you want to unblock them again, go to the Account management section and click on the Unblock button.

When you click the Unblock button, a popup appears asking you to Cancel or Confirm your action.
