The AI Assistant lets you keep using email for booking requests. This way, you can stick with a process your long-time customers know while still managing everything in one place.
This feature is equally great for businesses looking to get more customers by letting them book through email. It makes booking easy without burdening dispatchers, who won't have to manually copy information from emails into the Webbooker.
How it works
- You forward emails with delivery requests from your customers to a dedicated email address.
- Our AI reads the email, understands the request, and creates a corresponding booking
- Once the booking is created, a confirmation email with a link to the booking is sent to a dispatcher. With the link, the dispatcher can verify the booking details and dispatch the booking.
