Overview
The Webbooker is a web app that dispatchers and customers use to create Bookings. When creating a booking, users can define pickup and drop-off locations, select a pickup time and payment method, and receive a final price based on the pricing configuration of the service.
The Webbooker offers a Guest mode that provides a low-barrier introduction to offered services for potential customers. Guest customers can prepare a booking to view the final price without registering. Contact our Customer Success team if you’d like to enable a Guest mode on your Webbooker.
