Adding additional bookings into an active tour

Besides building tours upfront, you can also easily edit tours while a driver is already en route and maybe even has completed some of the stops.

In this article, we explain how to update an active tour:

1. identify new, suitable bookings that need to be dispatched

2. find a corresponding active tour where the driver is already "in the area"

3. click on "merge into en route tour"

4. use "quick edit" to review the updated tour

5. consider optimizing the route automatically
