Configure your business
Before you can start your operations you need to set up your tenant and configure your business.

Onboard key people
Next, you should onboard the key people in your business, meaning your Dispatchers and Drivers. Optionally you can also onboard Organization Managers and your Customers. Create/Onboard a Customer
To create a booking, you first need to add at least one customer in MotionTools, since all bookings must be associated with a customer.

Import your master data
To get started faster and save some time on manual work you can bulk import your master data into MotionTools:
Customer Data: Import your customer base with their contact details
Driver Data: Transfer information about your drivers, including their contact details and capabilities
Saved Places: Import frequently used locations like warehouses, hubs, and regular customer addresses
